Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 c. cold water

For the Ground Beef:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 package of taco seasoning mix
- 3/4 c. water
-
Toppings:
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. tri-color peppers, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan.
2. Mix baking mix, cornmeal, and 1/2 cup water until soft dough forms, beat about 20 strokes.
3. Pat in pizza pan with floured hands, forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake 10 minutes.
4. Cook and stir beef until brown; drain.
5. Stir in seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until thickened, 5-10 minutes.
6. Spread beans over baked crust; top with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato, and green onion. Serve with taco or picante sauce and sour cream if desired. 6 to 8 servings.

This week Harris Teeter is having their Super Doubles Coupon event.
