Coupons

There are so many different places to find coupons. The most popular place to get manufacturer’s coupons is in your local Sunday newspaper. There are several types of inserts you might see in your paper.

Here’s a list of the names of the inserts:

    1. Smart Source (weekly)
    2. Red Plum (weekly)
    3. Proctor & Gamble (once a month)
    4. General Mills (quarterly)
    5. Pepsico Sweet Moments (twice a year)
    6. Unilever (varies by region – twice a year)
Check out the Sunday Coupon Schedule, to prepare for the inserts you should see each week. You can also see the Sunday Coupon Preview to check on the expected coupons each week.
You can also find manufacturer’s coupons online by printing them from home! Note: most printable sites allow you to print at most 2 coupons (be sure to hit the back button, then refresh to print it twice).

Another source is ”e-coupons”. Most e-coupon sites require that you register your stores loyalty card with that site. Then you select the coupons you want to use and load them to your loyalty card. As you check out and scan your stores loyalty card and purchase the specific item of the e-coupon, the amount will be deducted from your purchase. Note: e-coupons do not double.
