My family and I are trying to embark on the “Clean Eating” journey. It’s been a little slow with busy schedules and all, but we are taking steps in the right direction!
So, we had some fresh fruit cut up already so I decided to make a Pineapple Mango Smoothie for breakfast!
1 cup of pineapple (cut in chunks)
1 mango peeled and cut into chunks
6 oz. of Organic Vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
a splash of Organic milk (I used skim milk, but whole milk will make it taste richer)
1 tsp. of honey
Add ice first, then combine all other ingredients and blend until you reach your desired consistency. ENJOY!Pin It
